Mental Health Coaches provide access to EAN’s online self-help webinars and materials. They can also connect you to our comprehensive and premium services along with community resources and follow up with you to make sure the supports we provide have been helpful. Mental Health Coaches can also connect to counseling services when requested.
Connect to EAN Counselors for short-term problem-solving, bridging you to long-term support, and work-related coaching. Talk with one of our counselors in person, virtually through secure video chat, or by telephone to get practical, real life help with life’s most challenging problems. EAN Mental Health Coaches can also coordinate referrals for specialized treatment options through your health plan and community resources.
Life Expert portal gives members access to thousands of up-to-date articles, videos, podcasts, calculators, interactive checklists, webinars, and more related to health and wellness, along with a discount portal on local and commonly used goods and services.
